Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses, so that your information continues to be protected.

- Customer and job records: six years after the work is completed, in line with tax and legal requirements, or for the length of any guarantee if that is longer.
- Website form entries: messages sent through this website are emailed to us and a copy is stored in the website. Stored copies are deleted periodically.
- Analytics data: kept in line with the retention settings of the analytics provider, as described in our Cookie Policy.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it securely.

No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and will tell you and the regulator about a data breach where the law requires it.
